Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 days of payment via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking, unless otherwise noted.

Bridal and custom orders may require 2–3 weeks for preparation before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's delivery.

Shipping Address

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Oohjacquelina is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or not received due to incorrect shipping information.
